ToursByTea, a London-based tourism company, is hosting a five-day tour inspired by the macabre history of the United Kingdom, but past customers have left the following feedback: "The tour was a trip of a lifetime! But I wish I could learn more about the locations we visited once I get home." - Deborah from Houston, Texas "The tour guide gave us paper pamphlets, but I lost them on the plane ride home. Now I can't remember some of the history I learned." - Kathryn and John from Brisbane, Australia To combat this, an interactive map was created to offer as a job aid and resource for past and future customers to learn more about the destinations on the tour. This interactive job aid was provided to customers via SMS and email during the tour. Subject Matter Experts: Director Sales, Regional Manager
